Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TimerBro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License to Use

TimerBro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscription and Billing

TimerBro offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year) basis. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Unused portions of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Intended Use

TimerBro is a fitness timer application designed to help you track workouts and exercises. The app is provided for informational and motivational purposes only.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

TimerBro is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• The app's heart rate and calorie data (via HealthKit) are estimates and may not be medically accurate
• You use this app at your own risk

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activity that occurs through your use of the app
• Ensuring your use of the app complies with applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heidrun Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any injury or health issues resulting from exercise

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Data Backup

You are responsible for backing up your workout data. While the app stores data locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms in the app. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
